Sumitomo Rubber South Africa (SRSA) has launched a partnership with Reality Wellness Group – an Employee Assistance Programme service provider. The team started off at our Factory in Ladysmith, made their way to Head Office and thereafter branches in PE, EL, Bloemfontein, CPT and Jet Park. Employees were welcomed with Reality’s bubbly yellow Mascot, cupcakes and lively music. Later that day, there were information sessions covering their offerings.

This included access to a 24/7 support line for employees, their immediate family and those living in the same household, face-to-face counselling, unlimited financial and legal guidance, a Covid-19 support programme and disease and chronic health management. Employees were also given the opportunity to ask various questions during these interactive sessions, making for a positive ending to a successful launch.
